PCR
|
The Provisional Competition Round, or short "PCR", was introduced in 2008/09 and functions as a safeguard. It consists of one round of skijumping and usually takes places the day before the competitions. If the weather conditions do not allow any skijumping on the competition day, the results of the PCR are taken into account for the final result, therefore effectively enabling the cross country part to take place without any skijumping on the same day. A PCR can only be conducted once a weekend. If there are two competitions planned, the PCR results are taken into account for both competitions if the weather conditions repeatedly forbid any skijumping. |
