Klingenthal: Falls and wind lead to cancellation of the training

Alessandro Pittin and Tino Edelmann already had fall this season and now they fell again in the first training round at the World Cup in Klingenthal. While local hero Edelmann didn't suffer any injuries Pittin fell at about 90 m and suffered a serious shoulder injury. The fourth of the overall World Cup ranking was taken to the hospital.

The training started under good conditions at 4:00 pm CET but the conditions got worse during the round. A decision about the new schedule will be made at a jury meeting at 5:30 pm CET. The provisional competition round was planned for 6:00 pm.
