COC: Jelenko's third win

At his home event in Kranj, Marjan Jelenko celebrated his third win this season in the Continental Cup. The Slovene won ahead of Tim Hug of Switzerland and Germany's Andreas Guenter. The winner of the jumping, Johannes Firn (GER), finished fourth.

"I was not really satisfied with my jump. But I felt very good in the track, especially in the final lap", said Jelenko, who was only a few second behind as third after the jumping. "I'm not so sure about my expectations for tomorrow's team competition. I hope we can show a good performance on the hill and give our best in the track."
