Klingenthal: Season over for Pittin

After his serious fall in training at the World Cup in Klingenthal, the season is over for Alessandro Pittin. The Italian crashed on the knoll in his first training jump and sufferend a serious shoulder injury.

A dislocated shoulder was treated under anesthesia in the hospital. In addition a fracture of the humerus was diagnozed. Because of this injury Pittin will have to undergo surgery in Italy in the next days.
