Wind in Kuusamo: PCR counts

The jury's decision to cancel the ski jumping competition round for the opening event in Kuusamo due to the difficult weather conditions was a very good one for Tino Edelmann. The 26-year-old won the provisional competition round earlier today with a jump on 134.5 m and will start the 10 km race at 3:15 CET with a lead of 16 seconds ahead of Janne Rynaenen (FIN) and French Maxime Laheurte.
